Shipping policy
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more for orders shipping to the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii orders of $150 or more will ship for FREE. To qualify for free shipping your order must be the free shipping amount or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Most orders with free shipping will ship via UPS Ground, however, we reserve the right to choose the shipping courier that is best suited for your order. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please Note FedEx will automatically require a signature for ANY order OVER $500.00
For orders $50-$99, we now offer a “Flat Rate Shipping” option of $7.50. To utilize this option, select “Flat Rate Shipping” as your shipping method at checkout; please note, if you have a preferred shipping company or live in an area only serviced by a particular provider, you will need to select that option. Our preferred shipping courier is UPS as we notice they have fewer delays and treat packages better.
Large Sheets: At this time acrylic sheet sizes 24"x35" or larger only qualify for free shipping in the U.S. lower 48 states. We have the ability to ship sizes up to 24"x46", Items larger than 24"x35" will access a $20 Large Item Shipping Fee. We are unable to ship these large sheets outside of the lower 48 states.
International Orders: For orders outside the U.S. shipping is calculated based on your address and order. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
Shipping Cut Off Times: Orders containing all in-stock items placed before 3 PM CST will ship the same business day. Custom orders or orders containing on-order items will ship as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the business day after. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
In-Stock Items - Items that are available to ship same day if ordered before 3 PM CST
On-Order Items - Items that are out of stock but expected to arrive at our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days. Orders containing on-order items will ship as soon as the item arrives
Out-Of-Stock Items - Items that are out-of-stock are not allowed to be added to carts for purchase. These items typically take 4 to 8 weeks to be restocked and often experience delays.
Delayed or Lost Orders: While our team works hard to ensure all orders go out on time, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail estimated delivery dates, and UPS/FedEx does not guarantee Ground delivery dates. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until a shipping claim has been opened and the package has been declared lost by the shipping courier. If you believe your package is lost, please e-mail 1309403473@qq.com to start the claim with the shipping courier. Make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.
Damaged Shipments: Our team tries to pack our packages as securely as possible, however, we cannot always control how shipping couriers treat the packages. If the content in your package is damaged during transit, please e-mail 1309403473@qq.com to start a claim with the shipping courier. In your e-mail include your order number and the following pictures:

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Local Pick-up: Local pick-up is available for all our products. Simply place your order online and select "Local Pick-Up". Orders containing in stock items placed for local pick-up will be ready within two hours.
